IP Access Control

This IP Access Control hardware can be managed by a software platform called Policy Server. Policy Server enables centralised control of IP devices and the integration and management of IP CCTV and IP Telephony with IP devices including; IP Door Intercom Panels, IP Readers, IP Lock Controllers, IP Audio speakers, IP Lighting Controllers and IP People Counters. These devices enable organisations to achieve true convergence of technology to form an intelligent building management solution.

Managers can configure Policy Server using a series of rules associated with each device in the IP network to provide effective solutions including; Energy Saving; automatically control device power through port management (turn power to lighting and IP phones on/off as a user enters/leaves a building). Intelligent Access; identify, track, locate and communicate with users (page to a specific zone, configure automatic announcements). Safe and Secure; in case of an emergency, print off a Muster report of staff swiped in and where they were last located in a building. Policy Server software is an intuitive, feature packed web browser application.
